
Practice Areas
Bruce P. Fader works in the areas of business and real estate transactions with a concentration on corporate law, business formation and management, the purchase, sale and financing of commercial real estate and business assets, leases and landlord-tenant law, and litigation in these core areas. He has served as town attorney involving extensive contract negotiations and drafting. Additionally, he has represented individuals and companies before public agencies on construction and land use matters, as well as partners in business ownership disputes.
Mr. Fader was admitted to practice before the Connecticut Bar in 1986. He is a graduate of Rutgers College (1975) and Kent College of Law of the Illinois Institute of Technology (1986). Additionally, he was a Peace Corps Volunteer serving in Honduras and was a member of the Labors International Union (Local 711) working in building construction.
